Renewal Application Albertson's LLC d /b /a Albertson's Food <br /> Center No. 812 3.2% Beer License (Off Premises) 910 W. <br /> Cherry Street <br /> C. Special Events Permit Application Citizens Community TV <br /> Steinbaugh Pavilion August 20, 2010 <br /> Gunning called for any changes to the consent agenda. Rommelfanger moved <br /> the consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning <br /> yes, Carlson yes and Rommelfanger yes. Consent agenda approved. <br /> Authority Business <br /> A. Special Events Permit Application Volunteer Connection 800 <br /> Block of Main Street Yellow Scene Anniversary Celebration <br /> Shavonne Blades, owner of Yellow Scene and board member of Volunteer <br /> Connection introduced herself to the Authority. <br /> Carlson asked about the profits from the event. Ms. Blades responded she only <br /> wanted to be made whole for the event. Anything above expenses will be <br /> donated to Volunteer Connections. She was asked about police presence at the <br /> event. Secretary Hanson said she would put Ms. Blades in contact with the <br /> correct personnel in the Police Department. <br /> Ms. Blades reported she wanted to keep liability low at this event, so the plan is <br /> to only have tastings of beer available on the grounds and have special cups <br /> obvious to security staff. The restaurants are providing food tastings and plan to <br /> offer food pairings with the beer. She stated since Volunteer Connections was <br /> the non profit, she also hoped to have many volunteers staffing the event. <br /> Carlson moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit Application for <br /> Volunteer Connections conditioned on approval of a control plan with the Police <br /> Department. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Gunning yes, Carlson <br /> yes and Rommelfanger yes. <br /> Police Department Reports <br /> A. Incident Report Ralphie's 7/1/2010 <br />
