RESOLUTION NO. 53 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br /> MINOR SUBDVISION REPLAT FOR <br />LOTS 2A AND 3A, BLOCK 2, THE PARK AT CTC <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat for Lots 2A and 3A, <br />Block 2, The Park at CTC, Replat A; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Minor <br />Subdivision Replat have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, <br />with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision <br />regulations, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Minor Subdivision Replat, the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to most of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Amended Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That, the shared access easement between Lots 3A and 4 be subject to Staff review and <br /> approval and be recorded prior to issuance of any building permits for Lots 2A, 3A or 4; <br /> <br />2. That the trash enclosure details have reveal lines similar to those on the building <br /> elevations; <br /> <br />That, in relation to the monument sign locations, discrepancies between the site plan and <br />the landscape plan are corrected, with each sign having appropriate landscaping around <br />the base; <br /> <br />4. That the wall-mounted light fixtures are detailed on the photometric plan to be fully <br /> shielded in design. This is a standard requirement for wall-mounted fixtures; and <br /> <br />5. That the legal description in the Surveyor's Certificate on the subdivision plat be corrected. <br /> <br /> <br />
