RESOLUTION NO. 51 <br /> SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND <br />SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR KINKO'S ON <br />LOT lB, CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL H <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use (SRU) authorizing Kinko's <br />to occupy a new 7,132 square building on Lot lB, Centennial Valley Parcel H subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and SRU have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and <br />previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development <br />Plan and SRU, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that where most Commission conditions have been <br />addressed as part of the revised PUD and SRU submittal, that said Final PUD Development Plan <br />and SRU should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the architectural elevations correctly depict the sign letter heights as represented on detailed <br />color sign plans, and that the note regarding directional signage be stricken from the plans, and <br />that the white border around the blue characters of the signs is not authorized, with each character <br />required to be solid blue and that the returns and trim caps be bronze in color; <br /> <br />That the power of the wall mounted fixtures (D1) shall be limited to 70-watt metal halide and that <br />the photometric plan is revised accordingly. The final photometric plan, including fixture numbers <br />and locations, shall be subject to Staff review and approval in conjunction with the building permit <br />review to account for interior light spill. <br /> <br />That the shrub bed required by the overall Parcel H PUD in the area of this property that is <br />contiguous with the Dillon Road right-of-way, just west of the detention pond shall be indicated on <br />these plans. <br /> <br />That the applicant provide written authorization from the gas company indicating that the <br />proposed grading, utility connections, landscape material and other applicable improvements <br />are authorized, subject to Staff review, prior to the issuance of a building permit; <br /> <br />That this SRU is authorized for Kinko's only. <br /> <br />The PUD shall be modified to incorporate a note stating that: "Window signage shall be <br />limited to 10% of glazed area, and shall be non-illuminated. <br /> <br /> <br />
