RESOLUTION NO. 50 <br /> SERIES 1999 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CARRABBA'S ITALIAN GRILL, <br />LOT 3, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL L, FILING ONE, <br />520 SOUTH MCCASLIN BOULEVARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Carrabba's Italian Grill on Lot 3, Centennial <br />Valley, Parcel L, Filing One; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to most of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Amended Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That approximately 50 percent of the Spirea shrubs shouM be replaced with New Mexican <br /> Privet, Viburnum, Mountain Mahogany, Buffaloberry, and Yellow Currants; <br /> <br />That it be specifically noted on the sign detail drawings that the sign letters and illuminated <br />border will have translucent faces to eliminate visibility of the neon tubing and that they be <br />mounted directly the brick building wall; and <br /> <br />That the wall-mounted lights for the service area, the gas lights for the patio, and the wall- <br />mounted can light fixtures shall be further detailed on the photometric plan and <br />architectural elevations. The wattage of the can lights shall be imited to 45-watt <br />incandescent bulbs, the wattage of the service light limited to 175-watts with a fully <br />shielded fixture, and the location of gas lights limited to the north and east building <br />elevations. The gas light fixtures shall not project any measurable light at the ground <br />level. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that subject to the above stated conditions, the <br />City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Final PUD Development <br />Plan for Carrabba's Italian Grill, Lot 3, Centennial Valley, Parcel L, Filing One. <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
