Resolution No. 58, Series 2023 — A Resolution of the Louisville City <br />Council in Support of Boulder County Issue 1B at the November 7, <br />2023 Election Concerning Affordable Housing Sales and Use Tax <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Mayor Pro Tern Fahey stated October 7 is National Ageism Awareness Day. She also <br />noted that Commuting Solutions is working on regional issues. She noted ballots for the <br />Ward 2 recall are available at City Hall for eligible voters until 7 pm on October 3. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Jeff Durbin stated he is attending the International City Manager's <br />conference. While there he gave a presentation on the Marshall Fire that was very well <br />received. <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1858, SERIES 2023 — AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br />THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW CHAPTER <br />17.26 TITLED OUTDOOR LIGHTING — 2nd READING, PUBLIC HEARING (advertised <br />Daily Camera 9/10/23) <br />Mayor Maloney introduced the item and opened the public hearing. <br />
