She spoke of her experiences with cars not stopping for <br />pedestrians. She asked Council to enhance the crosswalk to prioritize pedestrian safety. <br />APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Maloney asked for changes to the consent agenda; hearing none he asked for a <br />motion. Motion: Councilmember Dickinson moved to approve the consent agenda, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Fahey. Vote: All in favor. <br />A. Approval of Bills <br />B.
