� itiyf <br />L6 Lcouisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 6, 2023 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:00 PM <br />Call to Order — Mayor Maloney called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Roll Call was <br />taken and the following members were present: <br />City Council: Mayor Dennis Maloney <br />Mayor Pro Tem Deborah Fahey <br />Councilmember Caleb Dickinson <br />Councilmember Barbara Hamlington <br />Councilmember Dietrich Hoefner <br />Councilmember Judi Kern <br />Councilmember Chris Leh (arrived 6:18 pm) <br />Staff Present: Jeff Durbin, City Manager <br />Samma Fox, Deputy City Manager <br />Rob Zuccaro, Community Development Director <br />Ryder Bailey, Finance Director <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />Others Present: Kathleen Kelly, City Attorney <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Maloney stated that there will be a pause in the Via Appia restriping project. This <br />topic will come back to Council at a later date for action. <br />Mayor Maloney called for a motion to approve the agenda. Motion: Mayor Pro Tern <br />Fahey moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Councilmember Dickinson. Vote: All <br />in favor (Councilmember Leh absent). <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA AND ON THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />George Colbert, Louisville, stated that while campaigning he heard from many residents <br />that the Via Appia striping should be paused.
