Mayor Pro Tern Fahey agreed the house has a lot of historic character and <br />should be landmarked. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Dickinson moved to approve the landmark resolution; Mayor <br />Pro Tern Fahey seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Maloney closes the public hearing. <br />VOTE: Motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />MOTION: Mayor Pro Tern Fahey moved to approve the preservation grant resolution; <br />Councilmember Dickinson seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: Motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br />ADOPTION OF 2024 BUDGET <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70, SERIES 2023 — A RESOLUTION SUMMARIZING <br />EXPENDITURES AND REVENUES FOR EACH FUND AND ADOPTING A BUDGET <br />FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR <br />BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY 2024 AND ENDING ON THE LAST <br />DAY OF DECEMBER 2024 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71, SERIES 2023 — ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION <br />FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR <br />BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2024 <br />Mayor Maloney stated this is the culmination of many months of work. <br />City Manager Jeff Durbin noted there were a number of hearings on this already. He <br />stated there discussions on property tax projections will continue, and that will be a <br />discussion for next year's budget as well. Depending on the outcome of the election <br />tomorrow there will be more work to come on the Parks and Open Space Funds. <br />
