Except as otherwise <br />stated in this Section, all requirements of the Resolution Statutes shall apply including, without <br />limitation, time limitations. <br />15. NOTICES AND REPRESENTATIVES <br />Each individual identified on the Signature and Cover Pages shall be the principal <br />representative of the designating Party. All notices required or permitted to be given under this <br />Contract shall be in writing, and shall be delivered (A) by hand with receipt required, (B) by <br />certified or registered mail to such Party's principal representative at the address set forth on the <br />Signature and Cover Pages for this Contract or (C) as an email with read receipt requested to the <br />principal representative at the email address, if any, set forth on the Signature and Cover Pages <br />for this Contract. If a Parry delivers a notice to another through email and the email is <br />undeliverable, then, unless the Party has been provided with an alternate email contact, the Party <br />delivering the notice shall deliver the notice by hand with receipt required or by certified or <br />registered mail to such Party's principal representative at the address set forth below. Either <br />Party may change its principal representative or principal representative contact information by <br />notice submitted in accordance with this section without a formal amendment to this Contract. <br />Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, notices shall be effective upon delivery of the written <br />notice. <br />16. RIGHTS IN WORK PRODUCT AND OTHER INFORMATION <br />A. Work Product <br />Copyrights <br />To the extent that the Work Product (or any portion of the Work Product) would not be <br />considered works made for hire under applicable law, Contractor hereby assigns to the State, the <br />entire right, title, and interest in and to copyrights in all Work Product and all works based upon, <br />derived from, or incorporating the Work Product; all copyright applications, registrations, <br />extensions, or renewals relating to all Work Product and all works based upon, derived from, or <br />incorporating the Work Product; and all moral rights or similar rights with respect to the Work <br />Product throughout the world. To the extent that Contractor cannot make any of the assignments <br />required by this section, Contractor hereby grants to the State a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty - <br />free license to use, modify, copy, publish, display, perform, transfer, distribute, sell, and create <br />derivative works of the Work Product and all works based upon, derived from, or incorporating <br />the Work Product by all means and methods and in any format now known or invented in the <br />future.
