Figure 2: East elevation <br />Figure 3: South Elevation <br />ANALYSIS: <br />Planned Unit Development <br />The PUD is subject to the IDDSG and the review criteria in Section 17.28.120 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code (LMC). <br />IDDSG Analysis <br />IDDSG: 1. Site Planning <br />This application complies with these standards, including all minimum setbacks and <br />building and site orientation standards. Site coverage meets the minimum requirements <br />for landscape area with 30% coverage. The proposal includes a new pedestrian <br />connection to S Pierce Avenue and a pedestrian paths through the site where <br />appropriate. The trash enclosure is located to the rear of the site to minimize visibility <br />from street view. The proposal meets the site standards for site grading and drainage in <br />the IDDSG. <br />IDDSG: 2. Vehicular Circulation and Parking <br />Access is accommodated by a shared drive from S Pierce Avenue. Shared drives are <br />encouraged pursuant to Sec. 2.1.1.1-1 of the IDDSG to reduce access points to the <br />public right-of-way thereby reducing vehicle conflict. The drive aisles and overall sight <br />circulation patterns were designed for ease of vehicular entry and exit and will <br />accommodate access for fire and service needs on the property.
