RESOLUTION NO. 40 <br /> SERIES 1999 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE APPLICATION <br />FOR THE TAOIST INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION AND ACUPUNCTURE <br />IN AN EXISTING BUILDING ON LOT 8, BLOCK 4, <br /> TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, 608 MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval <br />of a Special Review Use for The Taoist Institute for Education and Acupuncture on Lot 8, Block 4, <br />Town of Louisville; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use have been reviewed by City Staff <br />and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville <br />zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly noticed public hearing concerning said Special Review Use, the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to the Planning <br />Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Special Review Use should be approved, <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the parking lot pole light is limited to a fixture with a maximum of 100 watts and that the <br />wall-mounted fixture be similar in style to the proposed parking lot fixture and limited to a <br />maximum of 70 watts, subject to Staff review and approval; and <br /> <br />2.
