RESOLUTION NO. 38 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br />FOR <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT 'PLAN <br />LOT 12, CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL O, FILING NO. 7, <br /> UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan authorizing a post office facility for the United States <br />Postal Service; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly noticed public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that where all Commission conditions have been <br />addressed as part of the revised PUD submittal, that said Final PUD Development Plan should be <br />approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The PUD landscape plan shall be modified to address the following changes: <br /> <br />a. That two evergreen trees be added to the east property line to provide additional year <br /> round screening. <br />b. Austrian Pine should be substituted for the Pinion Pine on the planting schedule. <br />c. The landscape plan be modified to correct the scaling error, and inconsistencies in <br /> reflected quantities between the landscape planting schedule and the landscape site plan. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The PUD shall be revised to substitute a cut-off, down directed type of fixture for the <br />proposed 70 watt, 'globe-type', decorative fixtures located on the west and south building <br />elevations. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Under no circumstances shall there be any light spillage onto Dahlia Street or the Dahlia <br />Street right-of-way. Light fixtures in the carrier canopy shall be fully shielded by the <br />leading edge of the canopy structure. Proposed light fixtures for the loading dock area <br />shall be fully shielded and down directed. All proposed building mounted lighting shall be <br />shown on the building elevations including any roof mounted 'flood' type fixtures. In <br />addition to the foregoing, the PUD photometric plan shall be revised to comply with <br />CDDSG lighting requirements to the extent possible under Federal regulations. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />A note shall be added to the PUD stating: "Parking of trucks or trailers on the public <br />right-of-ways, within an access easement, or within public parking lots shall be prohibited. <br />Truck and trailer parking shall be limited solely to the loading dock area as designated on <br /> <br /> <br />
