October Financial Update <br />2010 Audit Update <br />Clifton Gunderson was selected to perform the audit. <br />Property Management /Maintenance Report <br />Rent and Occupancy Update <br />One vacancy at Hillside and two future move outs at end of December: One tenant from Lilac <br />will be moving to Golden West in Boulder at end of December. Current vacancy at Regal <br />Square. #30 will be occupied by a client on the waitlist..Today is the Lydia Morgan Holiday <br />lunch at 12 :30 p.m. which will include the resident meeting, at 1:30 p.m. (quarterly meeting). <br />Sally mentioned the Colorado State Division of Housing Audit was performed on 11 units at <br />Sunnyside. The audit, was successful and there were no findings. Walt asked if the Lydia <br />Morgan residents will be getting the new Resident Manual, which they will distribute during the <br />resident meeting, Sally asked Chuck regarding a bid for underlayment /snow /ice melting device <br />for the pavement for Lydia Morgan instead of an awning. <br />Monthly Rental Vacancy Report <br />Section 8: HCV Program Report <br />Monthly statistics <br />We have 74 housing choice vouchers in Louisville.
