If needed, the <br />item can come back to the Planning Commission for further discussion and <br />review. <br />Staff Comments <br /> <br />Update – Administrative Approvals <br /> <br /> <br />Update – Jefferson Place Subdivision Survey <br /> <br /> <br />Recusal clarification and discussion <br /> <br />Russ reviewed the two update memos regarding the administrative approvals. <br />McCartney briefly reviewed the Jefferson Place Subdivision Survey. The purpose <br />of the survey is to determine is the subdivision could be eligible for Historic <br />th <br />Landmarking as a District. A public hearing will be held on December 13 with <br />the HPC. The survey is an architectural review and not lot line survey. <br />Russ discussed the 500’ notification and how a PC member who receives the <br />notification should handle their involvement of the review of the project. He <br />advised the commissioners they should note receiving the notice and then state <br />why or why not they are recusing themselves from the public hearing. <br />Lipton commended O’Connell for her professionalism and how she has handled <br />the Emergency Siren issue and her personal involvement. <br />Discussion Items for Next Regular Meeting December 9, 2010 <br /> <br />
