Louisville Sustainability Advisory BoardMeeting Minutes –December 15,2010Page 4of 4 <br />Herequested a vote for the board to be in favor of a LSAB/Transition Louisville <br />partnership to promote education and put a positive face on the Louisville PV project. <br />Arno indicated that the subject was too complex to decide immediately –particularly at <br />the end of our meeting when we were out of time and running over. The topic needed <br />more discussion. He did not want to set a precedent for making decisions without <br />complete information, a review, and a discussion.
