<br />- Impact of conservation, economic and other factors on existing and forecasted <br />demands <br />- Capacity of existing facilities and infrastructure; water supply, treatment, storage, <br />and distribution. <br />- Review existing facilities in regards to current design standards (CDPHE), list <br />any deficiencies and possible remedial actions. <br /> <br /> (draft projects list <br />attached). <br />- Adequacy to meet current and future demands <br />- Adequacy to meet level of service, redundancy, security, and emergencies <br />needs. <br />- Adequacy in meeting current and potential future regulations <br />- Relationship of capacity and redundancy between raw water sources and the <br />treatment plants <br />- Suggest additional project to address interim needs or deficiencies in proposed <br />projects. <br />- Review and comments on proposed capital projects for existing facilities. <br />Suggestions from similar plants of similar ages. <br /> <br />Task D: To create a decision tree as a road map for meeting toda <br />demands while maintaining the high level of service and redundancy that is expected. <br />- Estimated project costs (2011 Dollars) <br />- Determine project priorities and timing (in-place or started when demand hits X) <br />- Current and future regulatory impacts on capital project decisions (selection, <br />technology and priority) <br />- Current and future security impacts on capital project decisions (selection, <br />technology and priority) <br />- Project alternatives pros and cons (alternate means to achieve the same ends) <br />- Interrelation between project alternatives <br />- Summary sheet for each option analyzed. <br /> <br />Task E: Final report discussing findings and recommendations. <br />- Provide draft to City for review and comment <br /> <br />SECTION V Miscellaneous: Please identify any additional work or activity you feel <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION VI Cost & Schedule: Without preparing a detailed cost estimate, please <br />identify an approximate (order of magnitude) cost for the work you feel is needed to <br />addr <br />complete the work. <br /> <br />SECTION VII Qualifications and Personnel: Please list similar work recently <br />completed by your firm.
