Roll Call <br /> was taken and the following members were present: <br />Board Members Present: Brody Coronelli, Brooke Cox, Daisy Fuchs, <br />Christina Hamerly, Brooke Hubbard, Lucas Laird, Antonia Lin, Eliza Miller, <br />Bonnie Schrag, Hannah Tienken, Megan Valentine, Kendall Webster, <br />Sam Webster, Joi Wu <br />Board/Staff Members Absent: Kriska Daltonhurst <br />Staff Members Present: Mandy Perera, Frost Yarnell <br />III. Approval of Agenda <br /> - Yes <br />IV. Approval of Meeting Minutes <br />– Yes <br />V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda- None <br />VI. Approval of Designation of Places for Posting of Notice of Public <br />Meetings- <br />All members agree. <br />VII. Visit from Keep It Clean Project <br />Kellie Gorman will come to our March meeting instead of tonight’s to discuss <br />working with a local girl scout group to do a community cleanup project. "Great <br />way to help the younger generation learn about why we need to keep out <br />community clean and what they can do about it." <br />VIII. Volunteer Project for January- discuss results <br />"Rec Center might not be the best spot to sell next year because there are many <br />people go there to work out and then they won't want to gain the calories back" <br />IX. February volunteer projects <br /> Daffodil Days sales at Medtronic’s (2/10/11, 4-6pm) <br />~More volunteers and small desserts needed! Medtronic’s is at 826 <br /> Cal Creek Circle, 80027 Louisville CO.
