<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />November 15, 2010 <br />City Hall <br />749 Main Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> – Chairperson Mike Koertje called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />: <br />Commission Members Present: <br /> <br />Mike Koertje, Peter Stewart, Heather Lewis, Laurel Tofte, and Steve <br />Poppitz <br />Commission Members Absent: <br />Melanie Julian Muckle and Steven Williams <br />City Representatives: <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Troy Russ, Director of Planning and Building Safety <br />Gavin McMillan, Planner II <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br />Tofte moved to approve the modified agenda, Lewis seconded the motion. It was <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes October 18, 2010 <br />Koertje stated there was a minor error in the minutes. With no other changes, Lewis <br />moved to approve the minutes, with minor changes, Tofte seconded the motion. It was <br />unanimously approved. <br /> <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda – None heard <br />Public Hearing – Partial Demolition – Alley Cat (817 Main Street) <br />Stewart recused himself due to involvement in the project (he is the project architect). <br />Koertje opened the public hearing. <br />McCartney presented the staff report.
