RESOLUTION NO. 32 <br />SERIES 1999 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED SPECIAL REVIEW USE <br />APPLICATION FOR G.E. ENTERPRISES AT 1315 CANNON STREET, LOTS 2, 3 <br />AND 4, BLOCK B, INDUSTRIAL AREA SUBDIVISION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an Amended Special Review Use for G.E. Enterprises to expand their landscape <br />design and construction business at 1315 Cannon Street, Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block B, Industrial Area <br />Subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Special Review Use have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amended Special <br />Review Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to the Planning <br />Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Amended Special Review Use should <br />be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That all references to Final PUD Development Plan are eliminated from the Special Review <br /> Use Plans prior to recording with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder; <br /> <br />2. That the height of the trash enclosure be increased to six feet to ensure full screening of <br /> the dumpster; and <br /> <br />3. That the trailer shall not be made a permanent improvement or fixture upon the property <br /> and shall always be maintained as separately titled and taxed personal property. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Special Review Use for G.E. Enterprises on Lots 2, <br />3 and 4, Block B, Industrial Area Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />
