RESOLUTION NO. 32 SERIES 1999 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED SPECIAL REVIEW USE APPLICATION FOR G.E. ENTERPRISES AT 1315 CANNON STREET, LOTS 2, 3 AND 4, BLOCK B, INDUSTRIAL AREA SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of an Amended Special Review Use for G.E. Enterprises to expand their landscape design and construction business at 1315 Cannon Street, Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block B, Industrial Area Subdivision; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Special Review Use have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amended Special Review Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, the applicant has revised the application in response to the Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Amended Special Review Use should be approved, with the following conditions: 1. That all references to Final PUD Development Plan are eliminated from the Special Review Use Plans prior to recording with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder; 2. That the height of the trash enclosure be increased to six feet to ensure full screening of the dumpster; and 3. That the trailer shall not be made a permanent improvement or fixture upon the property and shall always be maintained as separately titled and taxed personal property. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Special Review Use for G.E. Enterprises on Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block B, Industrial Area Subdivision.
