Option # 1 with respect to the repairs at Steinbaugh Pavilion and authorize additional stage <br />rentals not to exceed $25,000. <br />Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to contract for the necessary <br />services, equipment, and supplies in connection with the option selected by City Council. <br />The City Manager is further authorized to utilize the emergency purchasing procedures <br />set forth in Section VII of the City's Purchasing Policies and may exceed the $100,000 <br />purchasing level for emergency purchases if the City Manager deems it necessary. A <br />summary of all emergency purchases shall be prepared by the Finance Department and <br />submitted for review by Mayor and City Council at the earliest City Council meeting <br />possible. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 2024. <br />ATTEST: <br />Meredyth Muth, City Clerk <br />2 <br />ChristopNekiVl.
