Option # 1 with respect to the repairs at Steinbaugh Pavilion and authorize additional stage <br />rentals not to exceed $25,000. <br />Section 2. The City Manager is authorized to contract for the necessary <br />services, equipment, and supplies in connection with the option selected by City Council. <br />The City Manager is further authorized to utilize the emergency purchasing procedures <br />set forth in Section VII of the City's Purchasing Policies and may exceed the $100,000 <br />purchasing level for emergency purchases if the City Manager deems it necessary.
