Draft Memo: At our meeting on Weds 6/5/24, the PPLAB unanimously approved the draft ordinance as written with the provision that some clarification be made regarding civil liability for actions or comments as advisory board members. Rob Zuccaro will make two updates to the draft ordinance because of the conversation in this meeting: Notes: Section 1 a - add General Development Plan Section 2a - add Comprehensive Plan This motion was unanimously approved and emailed to Abby McNeal on 6/6/24.
