RESOLUTION NO. 7 <br />SERIES 2024 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE FIRST REPLAT OF THE <br />AMENDED PLAT OF PARKWOOD FILING NO. 2 AND EASEMENT VACATION. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a Minor Subdivision and Easement Vacation to adjust the location of the <br />lot line and associated easements between 171 and 187 Harper Street; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application complies with the Louisville subdivision and other applicable sections of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on July 11, 2024 where evidence and testimony where entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission staff report <br />dated July 11, 2024. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of the final plat request <br />for the First Replat of the Amended Plat of Parkwood Filing No. 2. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2024. <br />By: <br />Attest: <br />Debra Baskett, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />16 <br />
