C. The commission will use the following criteria to determine compatibility: <br />Criteria and Standards I Met? I Evaluation <br />For the purposes of reviewing separately the different aspects of the Alteration Certificate <br />request enumerated above, this table will refer to them as follows: <br />Requests 1 and 2 <br />Pertaining to the proposed rear additions to the primary structure and detached garage. <br />Request 3 <br />Removing the covered side patio and front porch railings from the primary structure. <br />Request 4 <br />Pertaining to the window and door alterations on the primary structure and detached <br />garage. <br />1. The effect upon the general historical and <br />architectural character of the structure and <br />property. <br />2.
