I have talked about this with the various neighbors of mine: Mrs. Kaprowski behind me, Mr. Garnier before he left for vacation, Mrs. Mathis next door, and they have no objection to the location of the garage when it's buil t. Ross: Okay, thank you. Comments by Board members. Don? Pickett: I move we grant Mr. DiCarlo the variance. Ross: There is an intended motion that we- Davies: No, you cannot have a motion until other hands have had a chance to speak. I think the motion is out of order until after that has been done. Ross: Okay, comments by the Board. Davies: This is Bob Davies. One thing I want to get settled in my mind. This variance, that it being for a total of five feet has something in common with a new structure on top of the hill at Mesa Point. And I'm wondering if this is proper to deny one and grant the other. What application are you referring to? Davies: The one on Mesa Point. If you will allow me. "Si.nce we've defined West Hawthorn, Mesa Point, Route #429, on the requested set back that the new building could be changed to 21 feet instead of 25 feet from the property line."
