CHAIRMAN OPENS PUBLIC HEARING. <br /> <br />A. Chairman Robert Ross opens the Public Hearing by calling the <br />meeting to order. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL. <br /> <br />A. Roll Call is taken by Chief Building Inspector Steve Ferris, <br />Secretary of the Board of Appeals and Board of Adjustments. <br />1. Board Members Present: <br />Robert Ross, Chairman <br />Gil Reed, Vice-Chairman <br />Robert Davies, Member <br />Ernest Barry, Associate Member <br />Lee Bridgewater, Associate Member <br />2. Board Members Absent: <br />Don Pickett, Member <br />Don Ross, Member <br />3. Staff Present: <br />Steve Ferris, Chief Building Official and Secretary. <br /> <br />3. STAFF CERTIFICATION OF PROPER PUBLIC NOTICE. <br /> <br />A. "Notice of Public Hearing" was published in the Louisville Times <br />on March 25, 1981, and April 1, 1981. <br />B. "Notice of Public Hearing" was mailed to all property owners <br />within a 300 foot radius on March 23, 1981. <br /> <br />4. PRESENTATION BY APPLICANT OR REPRESENTATIVE. <br /> <br />A. Chairman Ross explains that it takes 4 votes to get a variance <br />granted. Since there are only 4 members present, (at the time), <br />the applicant could be granted a continuance. Would the appli- <br />cant like to have his Public Hearing set for another date? <br />1. Yes, the applicant would like a continuance. <br />a.
