PAGE 4.

5. STATEMENTS BY PERSONS IN FAVOR - CONTIfJUED:

shape, too. The 25.5 feet is, of course, from your corner lot
angle, but that is the shortest distance, and that is the only
point where it's 25.5 feet. Every other point along the front
well exceeds that particular figure. It's just a minor situation.
live been involved in one other where I came on the scene at a
later time, where we relied upon the foundation survey for the
setback and then later found there to be overhangs, causing a
minor encroachment that was involved. lid say that I'd certainly
be in favor of seeing this variance approved. Thank you.

6. STATEMENTS BY PERSONS OPPOSED.

A. There were no statements by persons opposed to the application.

7. COMMENTS BY STAFF.

A. Davies comments that they've run into another non-conforming lot
of a goofy design here where all the square footage almost reaches
the allotted amount on the smallest side. He could not go back
any farther than two-tenths of a foot, so that wouldn't do him
any good had he moved his building back. I think that the man
has done his work here, and has gotten the maximum out of his
property.

9. CHAIRMAN CLOSES PUBLIC HEARING.

A. Chairman Bob Ross closes the Public Hearing.

~
c. oS'

. .

...:- ~#.

""

~ ';:e

""
