Lee Bridgewater would like to know why the setback violations <br />were not known to the building department until the house was <br />completely built. Was there not a foundation survey done <br />showing where the house was located on the property right after <br />the foundation was poured? <br />1. Jim Ewan replies that the permit for this house was taken <br />out before there was a requirement to have a foundation <br />survey. <br /> <br />10. VOTE BY BOARD. <br /> A.
