Definitions <br />For the purpose <br />W of following meanings:chapter. the following words and phrases <br />shall have tbe <br />Children's meal means a combination of food items and a beverage, <br />or atr aailiy{int& d kW for consumption <br />aump� bysaaichtogother at a single pike. <br />i kL <br />Default beverage means the drink that is automatically included or <br />offered in a children's meal. <br />Health department means Boulder County Public Health. <br />Restaurant means a business licensed as si retail food establish- <br />ment that serves food to customers for consumption on- or off- <br />p ems, including fast food and full -service dining establish - <br />Sec S.28.020. Default beverages to chadren'e meals <br />meal <br />shall make the default bevverage soldlwith the chilldrren s meal one <br />of the following items: <br />1. Water, still or sparkling with no added 3 ar or <br />2. Dairy milk or a non-dairy milk alternative. with no added sug- <br />ar. <br />(b Restaurant menus shall only list the beevYeerages described In <br />subsection a) above in conjunction with children s meals.
