MEETING MINUTES OF THE
LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
Tuesday, October 31,2006 at 8:00 a.m.
Regal Square Community Center
Louisville, CO 80027

Commissioners Present: Jay Keany, Doris Fasbender, Callan Childs

Commissioners Absent: Scott McKenzie, Terri Abbott

Staff Present: Frank Alexander, Executive Director; Dorene Honeycutt, Administrative
Division Manager; Lisa Bangs, Accountant

Others Present: Sheri Marsella, Sean McCartney, Principal Planner for City of Louisville, Paul
Woods, Director of Planning for City of Louisville

Meeting was called to order at 8:10 a.m. by Jay Keany, Chair.

Agenda was approved for the October 3, 2006 meeting. Minutes were approved and
unanimously passed.

Matter from Members of the Public: None.

Directors Report: Frank Alexander

Frank talked about HUD-OIG investigation that began Jan 2004. Report released Mar 2005.
Sept 11,2006 got last item closed (lA). Improvements were seen within the Housing Authority.
Positive outcome for BCHA and LHA, indirectly. This investigation has officially closed now.
It is the first time that we know of that a Housing Authority was supposed to repay funds and did
not have to.

Consolidated Plan-email out to everyone. We will get out the executive summary out to
everyone. We will submit to HUD, funding will start in 2007.

Metro Mayor Caucus. Included in package. Louisville Council voted on it and approved it.
Sounds like a good program.
