Meets criterion #4, Represents <br />an innovation in construction, <br />materials or design through its <br />adaptive reuse of railcar as a <br />restaurant. <br />• The unique architecture of a <br />reused railcar as restaurant <br />and its history of adaptive <br />reuse overall is a credit to its <br />architectural interest and is <br />why staff finds that the <br />structure has sufficient <br />potential architectural <br />significance to merit a finding <br />of Probable Cause. However, <br />the train car is not original to <br />Louisville, and was in <br />operation as a restaurant for <br />only about 25 years, potentially <br />attenuating its architectural <br />significance to the city. <br />Physical Integrity <br />• Meets criterion #1, Shows <br />character, interest or value as <br />part of the development, <br />
