Meeting Posting Places and Schedule for 2024 <br />Carlson moved to approve the posting places for the coming year <br />and to adopt the meeting schedule with the following amendments: <br />the meeting for May shall be canceled as it conflicts with the <br />Memorial Day Holiday; Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />C. New General Rules of Procedure <br />The Secretary provided the Authority with the General Rules of <br />Procedure City Council approved last year. Kaufman asked if there <br />were any questions or comments on the General Rules of <br />Procedure. There were none. <br />D. 2023 Annual Report <br />Carlson moved to approve the 2023 Annual Report; Lipton <br />seconded. All in favor. <br />E. Renewal Application — Western Golf Hospitality LLC d/b/a The Grill <br />at Coal Creek — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 858 W Dillon <br />Road <br />The Secretary informed the Authority that all obligations have been <br />met and if the Authority didn't have any additional concerns the <br />application could be approved. Carlson moved to approve the <br />renewal; Crowe seconded. All in favor. <br />F. Public Hearing: New Application — H and V Restaurants, LLC <br />d/b/a Bawarchi Biryanis — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 390 <br />S McCaslin Blvd. — moved from 7-1 <br />The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated <br />the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice <br />published as required and no comments were received. Background <br />reports were conducted as required. There were no reasons to deny <br />the application. <br />There were no authority member disclosures and the members <br />agreed that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city <br />boundaries. <br />Kaufman moved the entire application be made part of the record of <br />the hearing; Lipton seconded. All in favor. <br />
