Meeting Posting Places and Schedule for 2024 Carlson moved to approve the posting places for the coming year and to adopt the meeting schedule with the following amendments: the meeting for May shall be canceled as it conflicts with the Memorial Day Holiday; Lipton seconded. All in favor. C. New General Rules of Procedure The Secretary provided the Authority with the General Rules of Procedure City Council approved last year. Kaufman asked if there were any questions or comments on the General Rules of Procedure. There were none. D. 2023 Annual Report Carlson moved to approve the 2023 Annual Report; Lipton seconded. All in favor. E. Renewal Application — Western Golf Hospitality LLC d/b/a The Grill at Coal Creek — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 858 W Dillon Road The Secretary informed the Authority that all obligations have been met and if the Authority didn't have any additional concerns the application could be approved. Carlson moved to approve the renewal; Crowe seconded. All in favor. F. Public Hearing: New Application — H and V Restaurants, LLC d/b/a Bawarchi Biryanis — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 390 S McCaslin Blvd. — moved from 7-1 The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice published as required and no comments were received. Background reports were conducted as required. There were no reasons to deny the application. There were no authority member disclosures and the members agreed that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city boundaries. Kaufman moved the entire application be made part of the record of the hearing; Lipton seconded. All in favor.
