She noted that she will be creating a script and training for <br />all members so they can be prepared and feel comfortable speaking with <br />businesses. She recommended that each Committee member meeting with two <br />businesses each quarter. <br /> <br />Brown noted that the entire City Council members should be trained and also <br />meet with businesses. <br /> <br />Caranci added that this program will compliment the Chamber's existing <br />Ambassador Program. <br /> <br />Hogan added that the program will track quantifiable information from the <br />business community. <br /> <br />REVIEWIDISCUSS - PROPOSED ONLINE MARKETING PLAN - ccintellect <br /> <br />Members are ready to move forward with the program, particularly the search <br />engine option. Hogan was directed to follow up with ccintellect and get complete <br />pricing information. <br /> <br />OCTOBER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BRIEFING <br /> <br />Hogan gave an update on the activities for the month. She noted that one item <br />the City needs is a profile piece on the Louisville. Brown noted that the City <br />should have ZVC Communications complete a pamphlet that the City can keep <br />electronically and print out copies as needed. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:25 AM. <br />
