<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />June 10, 1991 <br /> <br />BOARD OF ADJUSlMENT MEETING MINUIES <br /> <br />The City of Louisville Board of Adjustment met in the Council Chambers, 749 Main <br />Stsreet, Louisville, Colorado. Chairman Ray Sears called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />and the following persons were present: <br /> <br />Board Members: <br /> <br />Ray Sears <br />Steve Pendergrast <br />Neil Tillquist <br />Allan Fyne <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Senior Planner <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Dan Swires <br />Robert Ross <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />David Eisenstein, Attorney <br />Chris and Marla Martoglio <br />Lowell and Beverly Campbell <br />Terry Ludtke (neighbor) <br />Bob Humphreys (neighbor) <br />Lynn Mertz (neighbor) <br /> <br />Chairman Sears: We have one small order of business to take care of here that we didn't <br />take care of at the last meeting and that is the election of the Vice Chairman to a one year <br />term and we can either do that tonight or we can contine it on to the next meeting. <br /> <br />(Steve Pendergrast was elected Vice Chairman) <br /> <br />Sears: I will now open the public hearing and explain to all here tonight that this Board <br />consists of five members, four of which constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting <br />business and for all other purposes. The concurring Board of four members shall be <br />required to approve matters before the Board. As is the case tonight, we only have four <br />members of the Board present and, so the applicant has the right to ask for the public <br />hearing to be continued, if that would be your pleasure, until the entire Board is present <br />or we can proceed with the public hearing. So, our first order of business tonight is an <br />application for a variance to a height restriction on a privacy fence. Public notice on this <br />is hereby given. A public hearing will be held before the Louisville Board of Adjustment <br />for consideration of the following ordinance, or variance, a variance to Section 17.16.120 <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code which restricts the placement of a six foot privacy fence <br />in front yard setbacks.
