RESOLUTION NO. 48 <br />SERIES 2024 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND <br />FINAL PLAT TO ALLOW 15 SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND 21 TOWNHOME UNITS <br />ON A 3.69 ACRE PARCEL AT 421 AND 533 EAST STREET <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application <br />for a Final Plat and Final Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow 15 single-family <br />homes and 21 townhome units on a series of unplatted properties at Tract 704 and 704- <br />A in the City of Louisville (421 and 533 East Street); and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that, with <br />the eleven requested waivers and modifications, the application complies with the <br />Louisville zoning regulations, the Louisville subdivision regulations, and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on July 11, 2024, where evidence <br />and testimony were entered into the record, the Planning Commission recommended the <br />Final Plat and Final PUD be approved; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and finds that the Final Plat and PUD <br />should be approved. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado hereby approves a Final Planned Unit Development and Final Plat <br />to allow construction of 15 single-family homes and 21 townhome units at 421 and 533 <br />East Street. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October 2024. <br />ATTEST: <br />Gt5LA-rtr) <br />Genny Kline, Interim City Clerk <br />ChristopFfek/M.
