He noted that the proposed numbers would work with the existing setbacks <br />but offered that it might be appropriate to offer an additional incentive of lowering the <br />required side yard setback. <br /> <br />Wood added that if changes are going to be made to the Old Town Overlay, this would <br />be a chance for the Planning staff to make some needed other changes, particularly <br />regarding the roof pitch regulations, changing the requirement from 4: 12 to 6: 12. <br />
