Normally fills <br />to capacity. <br />• 16 trees in arboretum don't have ID tags. Abby following up. <br />XI. Staff Updates <br />• Dillon / 88th - 12 trees to be placed in that area due to irrigation <br />• Holiday lighting will be installed soon (but not lit until November) <br />• Skate park coming back <br />• Council meeting: PPLAB will be quasi-judicial in Jan 2025 <br />• Shared email with board from resident <br />• McCaslin / Via Appia - has been replanted <br />• Budget: City Manager presented initial budget; budget hearing is Oct 15th - <br />all park -related projects for next 5-6 years <br />• Following Tuesday is meeting with Council about encroachments in <br />Parks/Open Space <br />• 20th - Sunday at 2PM, unveiling Pet Memorial at Arboretum <br />• Mowing contract was approved <br />• Clean air champion award was given to Louisville. Excellent! <br />• Trail signage grant letters received and grant submitted to CO Parks and <br />Wildlife - decisions will be made early next year. Hope to not put project on <br />pause but continue and then if there is extra money, can implement in a <br />later phase of the project <br />XII.
