When several people wish to speak on the same position on a given <br />item, Council requests they select a spokesperson to state that position. <br />8. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, <br />accepted, etc., by motion of the City Council and voice vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests <br />an item be considered under "Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" <br />and Council action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda.
