<br /> Local Licensing Authority <br /> Minutes <br /> February 27,2006 <br /> Page 3 of 4 <br />Lipton moved the Local Licensing Authority of the City of Louisville find that the <br />applicant is of good moral character, that the inhabitants of the neighborhood <br />desire the license be granted, that the license will meet the reasonable <br />requirements of the neighborhood, that all City and State law requirements have <br />been met and that, based on these findings, the Local Licensing Authority <br />approve issuance of a hotel and restaurant license for Camnhu, LLC, doing <br />business as Kyashii Sushi. Koertje seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes and Mulvahill - yes. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report - Pasquini's - 12/20/05 <br />This incident involved a police officer noticing a vehicle outside the <br />establishment, stopping and finding one person sitting in the vehicle and two <br />individuals fighting inside the restaurant. Discussion by the Authority centered on <br />the licensee's responsibility in this incident. Wilson moved the Authority take no <br />further action on this incident. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Mulvahill - yes, Wilson - yes, Lipton - yes, Koertje - yes and Rommelfanger- <br />yes. <br />B. Incident Report - The Back Room -1/22/06 <br />This incident involved a disagreement between two parties. Authority members <br />agreed no action could be taken against the licensee in this matter. <br />C. Incident Report - The Back Room - 1/28/06 <br />A fight occurred outside the establishment in this incident. Discussion by the <br />Authority centered on the definitions of premises and disturbances. Also <br />discussed was the reporting of disturbances. Lipton moved the Authority hold a <br />show cause hearing on this incident. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes, Wilson - yes and Mulvahill - <br />yes. Motion carries. Mulvahill moved the Authority set the hearing date for <br />March 27, 2006 and the citation note violations of LMC 9.22.050 and Colorado <br />Regulation 47-900. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill- yes, Wilson- <br />yes, Lipton - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Koertje - yes. <br />D. Incident Report - The Back Room - 2/13/06 <br />A disorderly patron who was later stopped by the police was the focus of this <br />incident. Lipton moved the Authority order a show cause hearing on this <br />incident. Wilson seconded. Discussion centered on the time issues and the <br />intoxication levels. Lipton amended her motion to set the show cause hearing for <br />March 27, 2006. Wilson seconded the amended motion. Roll Call Vote: Wilson - <br />yes, Lipton - yes, Koertje - no, Rommelfanger - no and Mulvahill - yes. Motion <br />carries. <br />
