Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO addressed open <br /> government and Sunshine Week. Sunshine Week is a nation-wide campaign in <br /> support of open government and the citizens' right to know. He voiced concern <br /> over the implementation of open government in the City. He requested a search <br /> engine on the City's Web Page to provide better accessibility. <br /> Eva Kosinski, 1301 Jackson Court, Louisville, CO asked if a regional transit plan <br /> meeting has been scheduled. Assistant City Manager for Governmental <br /> Relations Balser reported the first meeting will be held in Lafayette on Tuesday, <br /> March 14, at Centaurus High School, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk reported on an Open Government and Ethics Training Seminar on <br /> Monday, March 6, 2006, and noted the seminar was well attended. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> RESOLUTION No.9, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION DECLARLlNG THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE TO BE A "CITY OF ONE" <br /> Matthew McAllister, 1149 Harper Lake Drive, Louisville, CO explained the ONE <br /> Campaign is a collaboration of charities and relief organizations combating global <br /> AIDS and poverty. The campaign is non-profit and is run primarily by Bread for <br /> The World and individual celebrities. He noted the Louisville Youth Advisory <br /> Board supports the ONE Campaign, and thanked Council for their support. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO thanked Mr. McAllister <br /> for bringing this important issue forward. <br /> MOTION: Council member Sackett moved for the approval of Resolution No.9, <br /> Series 2006, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Brown.
