<br /> City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> March 7, 2006 <br /> Page 5 of 16 <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Tom Rafferty, 945 Rex Street, Louisville, CO presented a sketch illustrating the <br /> present properties and requested clarification on the allowable height of fences. <br /> Damond Devincenzi, 1001 Rex Street, Louisville, CO stressed the importance of <br /> the view corridor for safety purposes. <br /> Mayor Sisk closed the public hearing. <br /> City Attorney Light clarified the setbacks of the properties. The Ehrmanns gain 33 <br /> feet of right-of-way, however their front yard setback will not move east by 33 <br /> feet. On the east side the Sawyers gain12 feet, but their front yard setback will <br /> not move west by 12-feet. He stated if Council desires to have a four-foot lattice <br /> fence along the entire right-of-way section, new language will have to be added <br /> to the settlement agreement, with the consent of the Sawyers and Ehrmanns. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved that further discussion be continued to allow the <br /> City Attorney to meet with Counsel for the Sawyer and Ehrman family, to discuss <br /> additional language, seconded by Council member Yarnell. The City staff, Consultant Ken Fellman and Councilor Bob Muckle <br /> negotiated the agreement. The Greater Metro Telecommunications Consortium <br /> (GMTC) will enter into regional negotiations on the next "model franchise" in a <br /> few years.
