Council member Muckle <br /> requested a Council review on Consent Agenda Items G & H. Mayor Sisk moved <br /> Consent Agenda Items G - Award Bid to Lakewood Fordland for Purchase of <br /> Replacement Police Vehicle and H - Award Bid to AI Serra Chevrolet Hummer <br /> for Purchase of Unmarked Police Vehicle, to the Regular Business Agenda as <br /> Item A-1. He called for other changes, and hearing none, moved the agenda be <br /> approved, as amended, seconded by Council member Yarnell. All in favor. <br /> A. Approval of Bills <br /> B. Approval of Minutes (03/07/06) <br /> C. Approval of Professional Services Agreement with ESC, Inc. <br /> for South Water Plant Emergency Generator <br /> D. Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Steward <br /> Architecture and Planning for Waste Water Treatment Plant UV <br /> Disinfection Basin Canopy <br /> E. Award Bid to Edge Pools for Pool Replastering <br /> F. Award Bid to Rocky Mountain Court Builders for Gymnasium <br /> Divider Curtain <br /> G. Cancellation of March 28, 2006 City Council Study Session <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Randy Luallin, 301 East Street, Louisville, CO explained last week was Sunshine <br /> Week, which is a celebration of open government. He noted the Council <br /> opposed the open government Charter amendment, which was later passed by <br /> the voters. He stated Council has failed to respond to his verbal and written <br /> requests. He explained the underlining theme of open government is public <br /> participation, which begins at the formative level. He felt the public should <br /> participate in the Staff review and in Council presentations. He expressed his <br /> desire to participate in drafting criteria for allocation of the Comcast Cable <br /> Television public, education and government access funds. <br /> Council member Brown arrived to the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk congratulated the Downtown Business Association and the <br /> merchants for the success St. Patrick's Day celebration on March 17. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> AWARD BID TO LAKEWOOD FORDLAND FOR PURCHASE OF <br /> REPLACEMENT POLICE VEHICLE <br />
