Cancellation of March 28, 2006 City Council Study Session <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Randy Luallin, 301 East Street, Louisville, CO explained last week was Sunshine <br /> Week, which is a celebration of open government. He noted the Council <br /> opposed the open government Charter amendment, which was later passed by <br /> the voters. He stated Council has failed to respond to his verbal and written <br /> requests. He explained the underlining theme of open government is public <br /> participation, which begins at the formative level. He felt the public should <br /> participate in the Staff review and in Council presentations.
