Financial and Management Software - Complete Installation . Revise and Adopt Purchase Policies . Revise and Adopt Investment Policies . Repair Skate Park . Complete last section of Coal Creek Trail . Coal Creek Minimum Instream Flows . Coal Creek Golf Course Management . Complete Rehabilitation of Pirates Park . Opening of the Jordinelli house and summer kitchen . Consideration Ordinances on noise and trailers . Consider traffic calming devices for Cherry Street & S. 88th Street 2006 BUDGET IN RETROSPECT General Fund Revenue . Sales tax allocation between the General Fund and Capital Projects Fund was altered by 2% to fund Economic Development and New Library Staff . County Road and Bridge Tax revenue were reduced by $40,000 . Sales tax was budgeted flat with 2005. Expected decreases in home improvement were thought to be fully offset by increases in utility tax increases. Increases in the 2006 Budget . 1 % Cost of Living Increase . 2.5% Merit Raise Increase . Gas & Electric expenses were expected to increase 20-30% in 2006 . The City added $234,546 in salary and benefit increases primarily from adding the economic development position and new library positions
