Staff Report (Iris) — Report 10 minutes <br />- March 21 next Friday World Music Series <br />- ZOOMobile event coming up <br />- All woman mariachi band at Cottonwood Park also coming up, encouraging <br />people to bike to the event <br />Let Iris know if you want to attend/volunteer <br />- Outreach from Methodist church across from arts center, they want people to <br />come participate in their events, maybe we could do an egg hunt with them, try <br />to stay secular, not call it Easter egg hunt, could hide eggs around Memory <br />Square Park, Sara: make sure it doesn't conflict with another popular egg hunt <br />(which is targeted for 1-3 year olds), we would probably split the cost, JR: can <br />we avoid plastic? Would this be on the day of Easter? Iris: wouldn't use special <br />events budget, would use supplies budget, JR: looking at 19th of April, let's <br />check with City for approval working with the church, otherwise all in <br />- John: block party - looks like $3000 opened up in budget due to others <br />covering many of the costs, but can't do the beer garden, planning to reach out <br />to Chamber of Commerce to see if we can find a workaround <br />11.
