RESOLUTION NO. 47 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> FOR LOT 10, BLOCK 2, <br />COLORADO TECH CENTER, FIRST FILING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 10, Block 2, CTC, First Filing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, previous approvals and related policies; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised their application to comply with all but six of the <br />Planning Commission's conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan <br />should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the bike rack at the northeast comer of the building is more clearly located on both <br />the site plan and landscape plan; <br /> <br />That the landscape plan is modified to reflect the relocation of the utility box that is <br />correctly indicated on the site plan; <br /> <br />That the site plan notes regarding the height of the retaining wall are modified to be <br />consistent with the final drainage plan; <br /> <br />That the retaining wall section is modified to more clearly specify the amount of wall <br />exposed adjacent to the RR easement and that the amount of wall exposure is limited to a <br />maximum of 12 inches; <br /> <br />That PaWnore Ash is correctly identified in the common name section of the plant schedule <br />and that the number of annuals and perennials shown on the plan meets the quantities <br />established in the plant schedule; and <br /> <br />That the following architectural modifications are made: <br />· The CMU used for the coursing above the windows should be a darker color and <br /> a ground-faced texture. <br /> <br /> <br />
