Welcome and Introductions of new and old Board members: All <br />members introduced themselves <br />IV. Approval of agenda: Members approved the agenda, vote 6 to 0 <br />V. Approval of minutes for the January 15, 2025 regular meeting — see <br />attached draft <br />Members approved the minutes, vote 6 to 0 <br />VI. Public comments on Items Not on the Agenda: None, Seven students <br />from Monarch High School attended. <br />VII. Report from Louisville History Foundation board representative, <br />Gordon Madonna (3 minutes) Not present <br />VIII. Report from liaison from the Historic Preservation Commission. <br />Sloane Whidden (3 minutes) Progress in developing a work plan for the <br />year focusing on assessing grant amounts to align with construction costs <br />and program needs. Enhancing Public outreach to improve community <br />understanding of the Historic Preservation program. Landmarking <br />Ceremony coming up. More details coming about date and time. <br />IX. Updates on Museum — Gigi Yang, Museum Services Supervisor <br />A. Budget updates: SCFD grant received. Slight increase from last year. <br />Working towards grant funding for the cabins. <br />i. Museum Operations Budget — see attached <br />B. Museum buildings and campus: Jacoe store renovations complete. <br />Steps at Tomeo house getting repaired. Museum Staff still continuing <br />to work on outdoor and indoor learning space for youth. <br />C. Museum Services Supervisor's written report — see attached memo <br />D. Updates on Museum operations & projects: Museum staff working on <br />accessibility compliance on the Museum's website. There will be an <br />increase and new types of walking tours this year. Museum staff <br />working on Bloomberg Connects app to have virtual tours of the <br />museum and its collections. Staff continuing to scan and digitize <br />historic documents and photos. <br />i. Strategic Priorities 2025 — see attached <br />E. Approval of Deeds of Gifts from donors: Members approved the <br />Deeds, vote 6 to 0 <br />1. Johnny Kranker — Copy of Our Boys Service Record of <br />WWII for the Education Collection <br />2. Patricia Dimond Murphy — Track suit c. 1980s for <br />Louisville women's hose team <br />
