RESOLUTION NO. 35 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />AND A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR <br />THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN ON <br />LOT 4, COAL CREEK BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and a Special Review Use for a Marriott Residence <br />Inn on Lot 4, Coal Creek Business Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review <br />Use have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, <br />to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related <br />policies, and previous approvals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Special Review Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and Special <br />Review Use should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That a sample board is submitted as an official public record of the materials and colors <br />approved for this building; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the photometric site lighting plan is revised to reinstate all bollard lights shown on <br />the site plan and that two additional bollard lights are added at each of the three building <br />entries along the west elevation; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the location of soffit light fixtures be limited to building entries only and that the <br />wattage of those fixtures is reduced to 40 watts; and <br /> <br />That no illumination is allowed for the cabinet 'Marriott' sign on the north building <br />elevation. <br /> <br />5. The use of sport court lighting be prohibited between the hours of 10 P.M. and 7A.M. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Amend the PUD landscape plan to reflect the amount of hardscape coverage which is being <br />considered as part of the overall landscape coverage. <br /> <br />7. Provide a mixture of Clematis and Trumpet Vine as vine covering on the sport court fence. <br /> <br /> <br />
