<br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> Series 1984 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Final Planned Unit Development for <br />609 Main Street Building. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council <br />a Planned Unit Development by Robert E. Pritchard, 609 Main Street, Louisville, <br />Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Planned Unit Development <br />have been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and found to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Subdivision Regulations and <br />related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said <br />Final Planned Unit Development, the Planning Commission determined that said Plan <br />was acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE lillSOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, does hereby approve the Final Planned Unit Development <br />for the 609 Main Street Building. <br /> Passed and adopted this 15th day of May, 1984. <br /> 4-LI; ;4~ <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />('A/) m, ~L-E~ <br />City Clerk <br />
