City, <br />f <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />City Council Economic Vitality Committee <br />Minutes <br />July 24, 2025 <br />Regular Meeting <br />3:00 PM <br />CaII to Order — Mayor Leh called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. <br />Roll CaII was taken and the following members were present: <br />Committee Members: Mayor Chris Leh - Chair <br />Councilmember Deb Fahey <br />Councilmember Judi Kern <br />Staff Present: Diana Langley, City Manager <br />Rob Zuccaro, Community Development Director <br />Vanessa Zarate, Economic Vitality Manager <br />Austin Brown, Economic Vitality Specialist <br />Others Present: Three members of the public <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Leh called for changes to the agenda and hearing none asked for a motion. <br />Motion: Councilmember Fahey moved to approve the agenda. The motion was <br />seconded by Mayor Leh. Vote: All in favor. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mayor Leh called for changes to the June 12, 2025 meeting minutes and hearing none <br />asked for a motion. Motion: Councilmember Fahey moved to approve the minutes. The <br />motion was seconded by Mayor Leh. Vote: All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />None. <br />CITY -SPONSORED EVENTS POLICY DISCUSSION <br />Manager Zarate gave an overview of a draft policy for city -sponsored events included in <br />the packet. She stated that there is no current policy in place that outlines how events <br />may be supported by the City of Louisville. <br />Councilmember Fahey asked whether the proposed policy would apply to the Monarch <br />graduation parade, noting that the parade is not always primarily in Louisville.
