RESOLUTION NO. 26 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />AND SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR MAJESTIC BREWING <br />TO OPERATE A MICRO BREWERY <br /> ON LOT 14, BLOCK 6, <br /> COLORADO TECH CENTER, FIRST FILING <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an Amended Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use (SRU) for <br />Majestic Brewing on Lot 14, Block 6, CTC, First Filing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amended Final PUD Development Plan and SRU <br />have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to <br />comply with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amended Final <br />PUD Development Plan and SRU, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City <br />Council, with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised their application to comply with all Planning <br />Commission conditions of approval and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan <br />should be approved, without conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amended Final PUD Development Plan and SRU <br />for LOt 14, Block 6, CTC, First Filing. <br /> <br /> PAS <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />this 2nd day of June 1998. <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br /> <br />
