112 City„/ <br />Om Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 187 <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 12, 2025 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — Vice Chair Baskett called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. <br />Roll Call was taken, and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: Debra Baskett, Vice Chair <br />David Bangs <br />Jennifer Hunt <br />Jonathan Mihaly <br />Commission Members Absent: Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Cullen Choi, Secretary <br />Jeff Moline <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Jeff Hirt, Planning Manager <br />Emily Cline -Gibson, Planner II <br />Ben Jackson, Planning Clerk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Motion to approve the agenda was moved by Hunt, seconded by Mihaly, and adopted <br />by voice vote. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Michael Reis, resident, wanted to encourage extra meetings for the Commission to <br />accommodate an expedited process for some affordable housing projects. He said that <br />this would enable them to apply for state grant funding. <br />PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS — NEW BUSINESS <br />a.
